UI[01]
User Interface (UI) refers to the design of the interface through which the user will navigate the system. The interface should be intuitive, aesthetic, and easy to use.

User Experience (UX) refers to the overall experience the user has while interacting with the product, service, system, or mobile application.

- We study user behavior to identify what needs to be improved.
- We draw conclusions from tests and results, which we then use to create our plan of action.
- We analyze competition, the sector’s trends, and the market so that we can provide the most adapted design for the users.
- We run usability tests, to evaluate the interface efficiency and identify eventual problems that could affect the experience of the user while navigating the system.
